Description
Cole Savage, a Trinity Western University student and hockey goalie, was on the brink of playing in a professional American Hockey League game for the Calgary Wranglers. After the teams starting goalie got injured, Cole was called up to warm up with the team and was ready to step in if needed. However, another goalies gear arrived during the game, and Coles opportunity was cut short. Despite not playing in the game, Cole received a jersey and merchandise as a thank you for his support.
