  1. Confidence is a belief in oneself and one's abilities. It is the feeling or assurance that you can rely on your own judgment, abilities, and qualities. Confidence can fluctuate depending on the situation, and may be influenced by external factors such as feedback or results.
  2. Self-worth refers to the value and importance that you place on yourself as a person. It is the belief and perception that you have about your own worth, dignity, and value as a human being. Your sense of self-worth is shaped by a variety of factors, including your experiences, upbringing, relationships, achievements, and personal characteristics. Self-worth, is a more stable sense of value that is not dependent on external factors. It is an internal belief that you are worthy of love, respect, and happiness simply because you exist.
