In the third episode of Ohio Counseling Conversations we continue the Meet the President series with Staci Tessmer, current OCA President, LPCC-S, NCC, BC-TMH. Our host Dr. Marisa Cargill talks with Staci Tessmer on the importance of the journey in doing this work as counselors, and reflects on her own career path and introduction into leadership. Of course, they discuss some of the developments and challenges in the profession. Tune in to learn how our journey as counselors can include embracing our own humanity, keeping an eye on the small things, and how counselors can thrive.
