People always over complicate and miss the basiic definition of dimension. dimensions are aspects or are measurable extents. the dimensions of our universe include gravity temperature time magnetism strong and weak nuclear forces all which on a number line can be described as having reciprocal force meaning - gravity pushes + gravity pulls and -time is reverse time and +time is forward time and the dimensions can be equated to energy or mass and when you change the intensity of one of these dimensions they directly effect another ie time slows as you get closer to a center of gravity
