Rooted from Negros, Francis Muleta found his way to Dipolog City to build his own career and his life. A musician and also a spoken poetry artist. He built a strong connection with the city and its culture one of which he was able to build a community and a collective of spoken poetry artists called the “DIPAG Ink” short for “Dipolog Artist Guild”. In this episode we talked about his humble beginnings in the city. Where He literally has nobody to attach with his passion for art to eventually building his own family of artist.
