The COVID-19 lockdown pushed her to pursue this passion full-time and she began travelling where saw the need to support tribal artisans.

Kavya's journey began in the corporate world, where her weekends were dedicated to exploring the cultural diversity of India's villages. She moved to Odisha, immersing herself in the local culture and earning the trust of villagers. Craftpotli now helps tribal artisans showcase their products, connecting them with brands across the country and maintaining a robust supply chain.
Kavya's efforts extend to collaborating with the Arunachal Pradesh and Gujarat governments to promote tribal crafts and craft tourism. She aims to make CraftPotli the largest ecosystem for crafts in India, providing a platform for tribes and their crafts.
