Dr. Arsenault is combining all his passions and undertaking a comprehensive study where he is studying the correlation between creativity, personality, motivation, and culture using four instruments, including the Myers Briggs Assessment. On this 20 minute episode, he will share what past studies have shown, what he’s hoping to prove as a result of his study, and how he hopes it will help to shape organizational culture in the future. In addition, Dr. Arsenault will share some of his golden nuggets of leadership and how to utilize the Myers Briggs assessment to strengthen teams.
