As part of the launch of Liverpool’s new Nike home kit, our Liverpool FC correspondent Paul Gorst had the chance to speak to the Reds’ rising star Curtis Jones. The 19-year-old midfielder has just enjoyed his breakthrough season with the club, winning the Premier League, FIFA Club World Cup and, of course, scoring that famous FA Cup Merseyside derby winner versus Everton. And in an interview recorded ahead of the Premier League trophy lift, Curtis told Gorsty all about growing up in Liverpool, playing under Anfield icons Steven Gerrard and Jurgen Klopp, and how he dreams of becoming a club legend himself.
