Description
Christian Costazza, is a RN BSN who was born in Italy in 1984. He grew up with a pretty challenging childhood, losing his dad when he was 10. He was bullied in middle school, went straight to work after high school, and decided that he wanted to change his life by pursuing his BSN in Nursing. He graduated in 2012 with a BSN. He opened the first nurse-led business in his hometown and decided that he wanted more, so he moved to Ireland with basic English skills. After a few rejections, he chose to study and landed a job in NICU. After a while, he moved to England, where he became a cath lab nurse and went through all the roles, from RN to Director of two departments. He then started looking into the personal development space after having a period of burnout in the middle of the COVID pandemic. He decided to move to the US last year. He is currently based in Florida and works on a 1:1 basis with RNs to support them in navigating/avoiding burnout.
