In this episode, we discuss Milly’s life-saving shunt surgery and hydrocephalus through the eyes of her Neurosurgeon, Board Certified Veterinary Neurologist - Dr. Jeremy O’Neill.

We go deep into Milly’s clinical findings, congenital malformations, diagnosis', treatment, shunt surgery, revision surgery, all things hydrocephalus, and so much more!

Dr. O’Neill practices out of Metropolitan Animal Specialty Hospital (aka MASH) in Hollywood, CA.  

We adopted our Milly Moon Bean from Baby Kitten Rescue (BKR) in August 2023, on the heels of her life-saving shunt surgery just four months prior. Baby Kitten Rescue is a Los Angeles, CA base rescue specializing in neonatal, critical care, and special needs kittens.

Today, Milly is thriving! She is one very special Galactic Girl - created in the ethers of the Universe amongst the moon and the stars!

An inspiration across the globe, Milly is Magic! May you find hope and strength in her journey and know you too are a resilient warrior within!
