Description

According to the Florida Museum of Natural History's 2023 shark attack report, sharks bit 91 people worldwide, including one in New Jersey.  Leading to 14 deaths.  Both numbers are higher than the 5 year average, but the report says is consistent with long-term trends. Gavin Naylor is Director of  the Florida Program for Shark Research and is Curator at the Florida Museum of Natural History.  Naylor was on Drive Time with Michael Wallace.
