Description
Dan wants to extend benefit of the doubt status to Rep. Ken Buck (R-CO 4) based on all of his good conservative works that have afforded him political capital with Republican voters. Ryan has had it with Buck and believes he is unmoored from any conservative principles by willing to abandon them for a potential big payday with CNN. Rep. Richard Holtorf (R-63) is the minority whip in the Colorado General Assembly for the Republicans, and both resides in Buck's 4th Congressional District and represents some of the same constituents at the state level. He's formed an exploratory committee to consider a primary bid against Buck, but it's going to take a whole lot of money to make it happen.
