In this episode I speak with Dave Latourette from Train to Endure.  Dave brings over 25 years of coaching experience to the world of endurance sports.    Dave not only coaches endurance sports, but also coaches swimming, cycling, and running, of all distances.  This is the first episode in a series.  In future episodes we will do a deep dive into nutrition/hydration, heart rate training, power meter training, how to work with a coach, race season planning, and much more.  I hope you enjoyed this episode as much as I did speaking with Dave.  Please stay tuned for much more to come.
