Meet the guests: David Thorbahn, President and CEO of Select Sires Inc. since 2000, has over twenty years of experience in genetics and animal breeding. He has earned multiple industry awards, including an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BS in Agriculture from Ohio State University. Erin Spangler, with nearly 12 years at Riverview LLP, focuses on HR, safety, and recruitment. Raised on an Iowa dairy farm, she has extensive experience in dairy association roles and compliance management.
