Description
Today was another hectic day at work, but I managed to produce a pretty good work that satisfied both my coworkers and my boss. For that reason, my learning of the day comes from Dale Carnegie's book, that I'm reading during lunch break, which taught me about arguments and how to win it ... in a way.
