Day 7 - Finding 10 Things

I use this practice a lot...sometimes more than once in a day! If there is an area of your life that isn't quite where you'd like it to be yet, you're probably blocking it somehow. Rather than ask yourself "what am I doing wrong?" try this: list 10 things you like about your life right now. Get happy about something. Focus on what you have and feel appreciation for how far you've come. 10 things. Write down 10 things you like about what's going on right now. Appreciate and feel satisfied with where you are and excited about where you're going, and you'll begin to see the path to what is already waiting for you to let in. Love always, T
