Welcome to day fourteen of the Jugar Life podcast challenge. Today is one of my all-time favourite challenges. I must admit I do this every day as I feel people do not connect or share warm exchanges enough with strangers. Today we challenge you to say ‘hello’ with a great big smile to the first five strangers you pass as you leave your house. I can guarantee that you will surprise people and may even scare them in a good way as I have in the past. Give it a go and let us know how you go by sharing a positive exchange with a stranger.
