Days of our Lives sees EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O'Brien) conspire to use the University Hospital for their covert plans. The duo intends to establish the DiMera Family Free clinic under their financial sponsorship, hinting at the possible involvement of infamous Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton).
DOOL sees Gwen and EJ might be forced to rename their project as the Tom Horton Free Clinic, a move designed to calm Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) who disapprove of EJ's drastic cuts to the hospital's budget.
Days of our Lives sees Gwen's generous investment raises questions about her motives. Her suspicious presence in EJ's office attracts the attention of ISA and FBI agents Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). EJ's sinister plans involving his brother Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and the role of Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel).
