The month of September is recognized as Suicide Prevention Month. Mental Health is so important, regardless of what you do for a living. Today, for the second time in this format, I want to share my personal story of how I have come from battling suicidal thoughts to experiencing God's redemptive grace and the Abundant Life that Jesus Christ offers to all of us.

John 10:10 , “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”

Satan is a thief. His main purpose is to rob, kill and destroy you. He will rob you of your purity, standards, strength, and the blessings of knowing and serving God. He will destroy your defenses by drawing you away from the Word, Fellowship and from prayer. He seeks to destroy your freedom and place you under bondage. But Jesus came that you may have life! Every life that is dramatically and wonderfully changed by believing in Christ is a testimony. Here is my testimony -
