(24 March, 2023) For the past two decades, singer, songwriter, producer and DJ Deef den Hartoog has been releasing music at a blinding pace. From the postmodern mashup of his alter ego Dr. Dynamite to the ramped-up stoner rock of his current project Choco Stoner Disco, no one does it quite like Deef. In this episode of Streets of Fire on Broadcast Amsterdam (BRAM), this longtime fixture of the Leiden music scene looks back at his musical past and envisions the future that humankind's obsession with technology is hurling us towards.
