Description

Ajahn Brahmali explores the role of perception in Buddhist practice, drawing from early Buddhist discourses to show how it can be trained and refined to support wisdom and liberation. Perception shapes how we respond to the world; therefore, training it is vital for spiritual development. Just as habits are formed by repetition, wise perceptions become more natural over time through consistent practice and mindfulness.
