We’ve all been there: you applied, you made it through the interview process, and then….nothing. Whether you were ghosted, or received the textbook decline, the fact remains that you didn’t get the job.
What did you do wrong? Chances are, the reason might have had nothing to do with you at all. We’re going to arm you with all the reasons why you might not have gotten the job, and what you can do to increase your chances of getting feedback to incorporate into your job search.
