We spoke with Alexandra Leeper, PhD, who is managing director for innovation at Iceland’s Ocean Cluster in Reykjavik, which has been bringing together diverse companies that are creating value in the ocean ecosystem. She told us about the Cluster’s growing “100% Fish” initiative, which is dedicated to supporting startups that find uses for fish material and byproducts that were formerly disposed of as waste.
