When one door closes, another opens. With my daughter having returned to college, I've decided to take on a HUGE CHALLENGE. I've begun the 75 Hard Mental Toughness Program created by Andy Frisella.
For 75 days straight, you do five things every single day, including what amounts to 90 minutes of workouts. It's not a fitness challenge per se. More of a mindset reset. A chance to reinvent and rediscover who you are, and who you can be.
