Do you need to bother with Estate Settlement if a loved one left a relatively small inheritance?
One of the questions we usually hear is "Attorney... our parent died recently, but there was just a small amount in the bank account and a small lot in the province. Do we still need to do Estate Settlement for this? They seem so small and I don't want to go through the hassle, the trouble and the expense." If you can relate to this stay tuned.
