Musician Craig David has revealed that he has been celibate for over a year.  The reason of him abstaining from sex has both surprised me and opened up a new perspective for me. He says that having one night stands in the past was a way of him to prevent emotional vulnerability and heartbreak. He explains that now he is ready to have a relationship, so he abstains from having sex or dating. But why would someone voluntarily give up on sex and what kind of outcomes does it have on someone? Does being celibate really help to find true love?
