Spencer Anderson is the Head of Operations at Leland. He spent almost 7 years at Bain & Company, primarily focused on commercial excellence and post-acquisition work. He's been engaged in various domestic and international non-profit efforts throughout his career from consulting engagements to social ventures. Spencer received his Bachelors in Economics from BYU and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
