Don't Get Hit With Pink Slime During the Election
Description
We’re just one week away from Election Day. In a polarizing political climate, how do you know if the news you are consuming is accurate and reliable? We’re looking back at a conversation host Trenae Nuri had with Andrea Wenzel, author and associate professor at Temple University’s Klein College of Media and Communication, about the ways we can spot the difference between real news, fake news, and a kind of disinformation called “pink slime.” Wenzel also authored the book, Antiracist Journalism: The Challenge of Creating Equitable Local News.
