James & Deb talk from their experiences about accessibility and how rugby can be doing more to give boys & girls of ethnic minorities more opportunity to pick up the sport while also addressing the story telling opportunity for the stars of the sport.
They both talk of the burden worn by many of the stars of the current England team as they star on and off the field and look to the future imploring the importance of 'relevance'.
