Jonathan Bowman-Perks was my guest way back on Episode 24 of Leading 4 Life "Stories" but, given we work in very similar fields and interview a lot of great leaders, we both felt that it would be great to do another episode where we discuss a range of big themes that are affecting leaders in all walks of life at the moment.
Over the course of this conversation, we discuss:
- Intergenerational working
- Hybrid working
- The speed of growth of AI
- The rise of populism and more extreme forms of government
- Geopolitical threats and the lack of individual / societal resilience in the face of those threats
It was a great discussion and, whilst we certainly don't profess to have all the answers, we hope that we stimulate your thinking and at least initiate a debate within your own leadership circle.
