A disruption is a game changer. It is often initiated by a game changing leader and brought to fruition by a game changing team. 

The leader who brings a disruption to fruition has delivered an intense depth of integrity that inspired every team member to do the same. Further, this integrity creates behaviors that prepare the leader and the team members to nimbly respond to the unexpected, maintain momentum and produce other game changers as a matter of course.
