Description

This week we invite Dr. Robin Arnall, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA, and Alexandra Vassar, MS, BCBA, COBA, NCLBA into the room for a massive discussion. Well, not the literal room because we all want virtual work as an accommodation. Robin and Alexandra join us to discuss work in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and the controversies over power, control, systems, and consent that come along with being neurodivergent in this space. There are numerous tangents, a few sensitive subjects, lots of laughs, and even some tears. There are also a number of apologies from Christy who seems intent on offending everyone she has ever met in this discussion--if she doesn't apologize to you in this episode, stay tuned for Part 2!
