For most people, tracking food intake isn't enough.  Most people have a skewed sense of how many calories they are actually consuming.  But, is it really necessary for all of us to be tracking calories?  


Also, before I get into the topic, I wanted to announce a free program that I have released called Evolved Athletix Prime V1.0.  


It's a 4 week, full body, strength training program that auto adjusts to how you rate your workouts.  There are more features in the works, but I wanted to release the barebones version first so people could try it out.
