Description

Over the last two days I dove into my journal entries from the last year to see what I've learned, what I haven't, and how I can further inject these teachings into my life.

I extracted the most potent quotes and lessons and turned them into a 4 part podcast series on Unspeakable Bliss.

I encourage you to listen to video podcast as I include contemplations and stories giving deeper context to each lesson and most importantly how the lessons apply in everyday life.

Here's a taste of the first 11 lessons

#1 Pablo Picasso's life and business philosophy for those suffering from 'the starving artist' complex

#2 My contemplation on living a peaceful life instead of constantly rushing around to the next thing, and the next thing, and the next thing...

#3 Wayne Dyer's strategy for taking the path of least resistance

#4 Bernardo Kastrup relating the idea that suffering is the parent of immense meaning in life

#5 The Heart Sutra from the Bodhisattva of Compassion

#6 My understanding of Balyani's text 'Know Yourself; An Explanation on the Oneness of Being'

#7 My paradoxical inquiry on how to open one's eyes without them having been closed

#8 Gratitude's power to find the most in the least of circumstances

#9 How to create what you desire with just the right amount of spaciousness and pressure

#10 Indian saint, Anandamayi Ma's words on serving God in all

#11 My antidote to Henry David Thoreau's sight of a world led in quite desperation
