It's called the Composer's Toolbox, and it's where Jake and Matt take a specific tool at the composer's/songwriter's disposal, and talk about how to implement it, how it's been used before, specific nuances, etc. The first one is all about the key change. They talk about a few different types of key changes and how they've been used for both good and evil in the past, and how you can avoid putting in a key change that's as bad as Chicago's.
