Zombie Cocktail Recipe:

¾ oz fresh lime juice, ½ ounce Don’s Mix (2 parts white grapefruit, 1 part cinnamon syrup), ½ oz falernum (Allspice, clove, ginger and almond liqueur), 1.5 oz Gold PR rum - Bacardi 8, 1.5 oz aged Jamaican rum - Appleton Estate 12 year, 1 oz 151 Lemon Hart Demerara Rum, Dash of Bitters, 6 drops Pernod or Absinthe, Tsp Grenadine, 6 ounces of crushed ice (can be blended or put in the glass before pouring, Garnish with mint! And here is the Zombie Reboot Recipe

Zombie Reboot: 2oz Plantation rum, 1oz lemon hart / Hamilton 151, 1 oz passion fruit juice, 1 oz pineapple juice, 1/2 oz falernum, 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon grenadine, Dash of absinthe, & Dash of bitters. Enjoy!!
