Description

As always, there's going on in Coffee Convos this week. Lindsie starts by sharing how productive her morning was, and why she feels good about herself. Kail cannot relate. Kail reveals that she has had a number of unbearable weeks, which has led to her needing double therapy sessions to recover. It was couples counseling with Javi that was the last straw for Kail. Lindsie also talks about her journey, starting therapy with a family therapist, and why she feels she needs a safe place to receive help. The ladies then discuss mothering topics, from kids toys, to sickness and the struggles of being a parent. Kail gets us caught up on the latest Teen Mom news, and how she feels about the current season. Social trolling, fan mail, and police calls, they cover it all. Along with answering listener questions! All in one episode!

hey guys I just wanted to touch more on the breathing. using your breath is a natural relaxent for the body! I took a mindful parenting class and that is one of the things we learned. if you take three breaths inhale as much and you can and when you exhale you push all of this out if you do three times in a row. I will say it really does work! Idk hopefully this can help also! love you guys

I usually just listen to this but I heard you talking about Issac and his headaches... I had horrible headaches when I was younger(4th or 5th grade-high school) I would complain to my mom and she'd just say "you're fine", "your complaining for attention", "everyone has headaches".. so when I got in 9th grade(I went to the eye doctor without my mom I told them what was going on-I had to squint all the time to see the board, or ask to get a front seat(which i HATED!) and my grades were terrible... well the doctor told me I needed glasses, like a long time ago. When i got glasses it was literal night and day! I never got headaches anymore.. I could actually see, my grades went up...and I could even start volleyball-I always wanted to play but my grades were never good enough. Getting glasses literally changed my life. Thought I'd share so Issac doesn't go thru the same thing❤ Love you and your family Kail! Love listening to your podcast!❤

Kailyn, have the doctor check his nostrils. My son gets bloody noses all the time. Its because the dry air causes blood vessels to and have to be cauterized every few months. Have him use Saline daily.

Hello Ladies, I'm listening to your current podcast episode & Kail, you may want to take Isaac to have his eyes checked. His headaches could be caused by something as minor as eye strain & the need for glasses. Lindsie, as far as Jackson possibly faking being sick in order to go home. My rule when my kids were in school was, if there wasn't blood gushing from their body, broken bones or running fever they stayed their Appy Hass in school. With all that being said, I think that both of you ladies are doing a wonderful job raising your kiddos. Keep up the good work ✋👏
