Charlene Ebdon and Hayley Dickinson are registered holistic nutritionists who graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Hayley started her Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching programs under Optimize Coaching, and Charlene joined her there.
They look at each person as a unique individual and create custom programs to
best suit their needs and get to the root cause of their health concerns.
Today we will discuss many topics in the wonderful world of nutrition.
