特休假的制度，是為了保障勞方，在工作之餘，能夠有額外充分休息的時間。 過去自己涉世未深的時候，經常會有特休不敢請、或是請個假，卻因為老闆的各種情緒勒索，導致就算放假了，也無法好好休息的狀況。 這集將分享自己對於休假的看法，並分享自己閱讀《零規則》中，有關於 Netflix 請假「規則」的內容。
