《友话直说》EP3 恭喜你，你已经在成功的路上前进了！

这一集的灵感来自我们最近的生活状态——挣扎、疲惫、甚至有点迷茫。有时候真的会觉得自己停滞不前，什么都做不好，什么都没有进展。但其实，这些不安、焦虑和失败，往往正是我们成长路上必经的过程。

有一天，Janette在通勤的火车上写下这样一段话：

“其实我想说的是，我不是一个喜欢做自己不擅长的事情的人，因为那个未知让我很不安。但是成长的路上，伴随的一定是不舒服感。不断摸索、推自己前进，一边焦虑一边跟自己讲：‘过了这一关，你会更好。’无论是好的还是坏的经历，它们都会让你变得更好。”

我们也分享了一些朋友的创业故事。他们曾经历失败、欠债、资金周转困难，但每一次都咬牙坚持，重新站起来。特别感谢Janette的朋友愿意让我分享他的经历——他的故事真的很鼓舞人心，也希望能为你带来一点力量。

很多时候，我们只看见别人“突然成功”，却忽略了背后默默承受的痛苦、坚持与牺牲。所以，如果你最近也正处在一个焦虑、不安甚至感到“失败”的阶段，那我要对你说——恭喜你，你已经在通往更好自己的路上了。

This episode was inspired by something we've both been feeling lately—tired, stuck, maybe even a little lost. You know those moments when it feels like you’re going nowhere, nothing’s working, and you’re not making any progress?

But the truth is, that discomfort, that uncertainty, even that sense of failure—it’s all part of becoming who you’re meant to be.

Janette wrote this one day on the train:

“I’ve never been someone who enjoys doing things I’m not good at. The unknown makes me uncomfortable. But I’ve come to realise that growth always feels uncomfortable. We push ourselves forward, stumble, panic, then whisper to ourselves: ‘Get through this, and you’ll be better.’ Every experience—good or bad—makes us stronger.”

In this episode, we also share a few stories from friends who’ve started their own businesses. They’ve been through failures, debt, cash flow issues—you name it. But they never gave up. Every fall brought them closer to where they are now.

Big thanks to Janette’s friend who allowed us to share his story. It was incredibly inspiring, and we hope it brings you some encouragement too.

We often only see people’s “overnight success” and not the pain, grit, and sacrifices behind it.
