Episode 38: Thank you 2021 ～ a grateful year

2021年の最後に、今年リスナーさんやワークショップの参加者からいただいたレビューを紹介しながら、今年一年を振り返りました。

私が1月に公開したEpisode22で宣言した今年の３つの言葉： "Well-being",  "Belief",  "Just do it" について、実際どうだったのかについても、具体例を出しながらお話しています。
