Description
美國資深婚姻諮商心理學家約翰•高曼（John Gottman）提出情感帳戶（emotional bank account）的概念，他形容人與人之間的關係，就像銀行帳戶一樣，情感互動是有所謂的「存款與負債」而感情存款並不是一加一減，高曼博士透過實證研究發現，當關係受傷（扣款）時，平均需要五個存款的行動才可能修復一個扣款的行動，「五存款：一扣款」的互動比例是有可能的嗎...？
