Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB) Accreditation gives patients, prescribers, and payers a way to select a pharmacy that has been evaluated against quality standards, including those published by the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP). The PCAB assesses the sterile and non-sterile pharmacy compounding processes defined by a specific set of high standards. These standards concentrate on the quality and consistency of medications produced.
