As we continue our Mexico Pitmaster Series, In this episode I chat with my good friends Fernando Vela and Eugenio Lehman of Old Jimmy's Barbecue in Monterrey Nuevo Leon Mexico.  Old Jimmy's has been around for a long time, they just celebrated their 10th year anniversary earlier this year and there are no signs of slowing down.  They try to keep their BBQ as traditional to Texas as they can and they do it with lots of Love and Pride.
