Noelle Jackson is an actress, yogi and Embodiment Coach, who works with women to help reshape the way they see themselves, their bodies and the relationship that exists between the two. After some traumatic experiences in her early life, Noelle lived a life for many years feeling depressed, closed off and disconnected from the world. This also made if difficult not only to relate to others in a healthy way, but more importantly to relate to herself. She started doing a deep dive into those experiences, and unpacking everything that was there. From this space, she began to create and develop her own healing methodology that caused a tremendous breakthrough in the way she lived her life. She became so inspired that she started her own practice as a means of supporting other women to have similar breakthrough experiences. Every woman is different, she says, and every one of them deserves to be free to love themselves openly and without self-judgement.
