Released in 1980, NIGHTMARE CITY is one of the many ''zombie'' movies released in the wake of George Romero's ''Dawn of the Dead'' and it's unofficial Italian prequel, ''Zombie'' AKA ''Zombi 2'' AKA ''Zombie Flesh Eaters'' but unlike those classics, the ''zombies'' here are fast, angry and intelligent!
