This year I am definitely being called to explore the depths of my soul, going deeper into the layers of my belief systems, revealing themselves to me right now as every day worries/stressors in my life, and I am noticing for the first time, the ways in which I can mask my worry/my shadow side and I know it’s time to work through this for myself.



You see, I pride myself on using empowering words, re-framing my thoughts in an affirmative manner, working with the light, and have spent many years doing what we like to call the “inner work”. To be able to see the light, there must be darkness right? The two exist together and the two exist within me and are me. To ignore the darkness inside me, is to ignore a part of me, which is calling for my love and attention.



So I've decided to dedicate this week's podcast episode to "5 Ways to Hold Hands with Anxiety" sharing with you how I am supporting myself right now.
