Many of us are truly feeling, maybe for the first time, areas in our own selves where life has been suppressed lifting off. We are metamorphosing into our next evolution, past what we knew as the butterfly and moving into something different. We have a choice right now, and choice is our human superpower. We are able to choose to flow or become the flow-er. Flowering into more of ourselves.

This episode is an invitation to notice where LIFE has been suppressed in you. That can show up in a thousand ways. Paying attention to anywhere in your physical, mental, emotional or spiritual body you are receiving a message that you are stifled or suppressed. You inner-stand you are ready to choose to open to let this move through. You can acknowledge the leaving without becoming entangled with what needs to be released. You know now you are the flow(er) and you are meant to flow life through your whole being.

As the year comes to a close, this episode also invites you to notice AND celebrate where you have shifted already. What is it you have released. Acknowledging that also without entanglement. 

May all that has suppressed life for humanity — be lifted from your shoulders, be also lifted from all living beings. May they be happy, healthy, and living in harmony with their own source of pure love. So it is.

So much is falling away from what has been considered normal,
YOU are not here for normal

You are here to embody your brilliance
Let everything that isn't fall away

Shed the tears which lubricate their leaving

Throw your arms open and welcome in more of YOU,
flowing from your inner spring of purity

There's no room for anything else on this journey now

The bells of purity are ringing out across the cosmos
The Earth has answered
You have answered
More are joining every day

Sounding across the lands
Raising your hand
Raising your voice
to sing once more the fullness of your love
