We're back again but this time we have a special guest - LAUREN! She talks us through the traumatic birth of her son Noah and all of the emotions that come along with having a birth experience that doesn't go as planned. With this episode we are hoping to shed light on the many different ways birth can pivot and expectations may have to change. At the end of the day,  a healthy mom and baby are the only thing that matters and we are so honoured that Lauren was willing to share her story with us and all of the other moms out there who may have experienced something similar and are able to relate to her story.
