The Eagles safety Marcus Epps, on injured reserve since November, has begun practicing and could return against the Chargers, bolstering a defense thats been struggling with rookie Drew Mukubas injury. Epps, who was getting more playing time than veteran Sydney Brown before his injury, has played in only fifteen defensive snaps and one hundred nineteen special teams snaps this season. His return could provide much-needed experience and stability to the Eagles secondary.
